HOW IT WORKS
How the Fixed Deposit Route Works
You place a fixed deposit of at least AED 2 million with a UAE-approved bank and maintain it for the duration of the visa. The deposit must remain locked for a minimum period as specified by the bank and the GDRFA. Unlike the property route, no title deed is required — the bank issues a confirmation letter submitted as part of your residency application.
